—– “AI & Writers: The Robots are Coming!” —–

with Jodé Millman

Join us and learn about ChatGPT/AI, the benefits of using it for marketing content but also the legal aspects of AI created projects at the quarterly meeting of the Mysteries & More Marketing Network, on March 2nd at 10am PDT/1pm EDT.

Our guest speaker is Jode Millman, award-winning author and attorney, who also created The Writer’s Law School. Part of her new research is into the growth of AI (artificial intelligence) that became more accessible with ChatGPT offering a free service. While helpful in getting you jumpstarted on a project or researching ideas, there are legal ramifications to using AI-generated content.

Join us when Jode shares information on:

  1. How authors can benefit from using ChatGPT in their writing process.
  2. Are there any best practices or strategies authors should follow to make the most effective use of ChatGPT in their writing?
  3. Are there any limitations or potential pitfalls authors should be aware of when using ChatGPT for their writing?
  4. What are the potential ethical considerations or challenges when using AI models like ChatGPT in the writing process?
  5. Can ChatGPT assist with research or fact-checking during the writing process? How dependable are the information sources used by the model?
  6. What are some specific ways in which ChatGPT can assist authors in generating ideas or overcoming writer’s block?
  7. How can authors ensure that their writing maintains its unique voice and style when utilizing ChatGPT?

*Whether you just started your first book, or have published many, we can help remove bumps from YOUR road to SUCCESS and to get you where want to go, much faster!

As a program of Members Helping Members, if you are a published or an aspiring author, you’ll have input and workshops from pros to “take the mystery out of marketing.”

What can YOU do to increase your book sales?
How do you build your name as an author, so readers and fans can’t wait for your next book?
Why is it critical for aspiring/pre-published authors to have the initial steps in place before pitching a book?
Is there a step-by-step process that someone with no promotion experience can follow? (Yes!)
Where do you start?!
Who do you turn to, if you get stuck?

Created specifically for our Sisters in Crime Grand Canyon Writers chapter members, you’ll meet marketing experts at our quarterly general meetings who’ll share key information. Then, you can participate in either the Aspiring Authors or the Published Authors groups that meet monthly. These are geared to YOUR personal level of experience.

  • Quarterly Meetings – There are four general meetings offering marketing workshops and insights to jumpstart your author brand and book sales. These are in March, June, September and December with lots of great ideas, techniques and tips.
  • Breakout Group Meetings – If you want more, sign up for the Aspiring Authors Group or Published Authors Group to attend eight monthly group meetings. These are working groups where you learn and have homework to move your marketing and promotions forward.
  • Recordings – All the meetings are recorded. If you want to gain marketing expertise and direction, yet can’t attend in person, watch them on your schedule. The key is members have access with a password to one or all of the meetings from this year and last year, too!

Once you have registered you will receive the Zoom link to join the meeting.
